The best place you can ever stay at. This was my first ever homestay experience and I was not looking forward to have something great at homestay especially in India. The owner of this property proved me completely wrong, my whole family agreed that these owners have given a tough competition to even 5 star hotels if we talk about level of hospitality, professionalism and customer service. In which hotel you get a VIP service where the owner is present there to ensure your comfort during check in, during meals and during check out. Exceptional level of cleanliness, most comfortable beds you can ever get ouside your home, great cooked delicious food and ongoing help and guidance if you need any. I recently stayed at Shree Devgarh Nivas in Udaipur, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The villa itself is stunning — super clean, peaceful, and has that perfect homely vibe you rarely find in hotels. The food was simply amazing — completely home-cooked, fresh, and tailored to our taste every single time. The owners and their family were incredibly polite, humble, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They personally cooked and served us, including Jain food options, which was a big plus. If you’re looking for a calm, hygienic, and heartwarming stay in Udaipur, Shree Devgarh Nivas is absolutely the place to go. Shree Deogarh Niwas is an outstanding property for a complete homestay. The location is an absolute serene and quiet locality. The rooms are so well done that it gives one a feel of both modern and the Rajasthani Heritage stay. All the tourist destinations around Udaipur barring a few are reachable within 15 minutes. One of the USP of the place is the ample space within the property. Last but not the least, Kaushlendra, Roma Bhabhi & Mahiraj makes one so comfortable with the traditional Rajasthani hospitality which cannot be described in words. A great place for a family and friends outing. I recommend this place to all who would like to a quiet holiday with their friends and family. Another feature is the freshly home made food. Property is located in a posh locality of Udaipur amidst peaceful environment, good connectivity, broad streets and ample parking area. Rooms are spacious, very clean and newly built. It’s about 6-7 km from city palace, lake Pichhola etc whereas lake Fateh sagar, neemach Mata ropeway etc are just7-10 minutes drive away. Hosts were quite polite, humble and friendly and so were the staff. They provide great quality food ( with veg and meat options available including authentic Rajasthani dishes) too if you request them in time. They also don’t hesitate to suggest other great restaurants around town. Highly recommended. ~ vik a

Its a brand new property with the young owners staying on the property. From the time we first spoke to them .....they planned / helped in our every single need. The rooms / toilets/ linen everything was sparkling clean. All room's are air conditioned and have attached bathroom with good water pressure and running hot / cold water 24*7. Each room has a tea kettle. All the meals are provided on the property and the taste is just like home cooked food. They even have a cute pool to splash in to beat the heat. Bolking Shree Deogarh Niwas was one of the best decisions we made as a group. We were 4 couples and we were looking for something that’s more aesthetic, and peaceful. The rooms are quite cozy and have better facilities than any hotels. The owner, Mr. mahiraj Singh, was also present, but he didn’t interrupt for single moment during our stay, he just wanted to ensure, he and his staff are there to assist us with anything we need at any point of time during our stay. Now that was some experience. I came here for 2 days then had to extend a day just to admire the property. The owner of this property Mr Mahiraj is quite keen towards the need of the tenants and has a good connect around udaipur. It became quite convenient for us to access any facilities like cabs or places easily due to this. It is the perfect gateaway if you are traveling with your family. Scenic and calm. ~ Akki S

Absolutely loved the stay, it is located away from the city and what a peaceful location. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone wanting to explore Udaipur. This property situated just behind celebration mall and guests are treated a like a family. All the hosts were amazing and gives you a very happy Vibe.
